Cooking Class - Kimchi Creation

In this hands-on class, participants will learn the fundamentals of fermenting vegetables to create their own authentic, tangy, and spicy kimchi. We'll explore the ingredients, the fermentation process, and the art of balancing flavors—spicy, salty, and umami. By the end of the class, everyone will have their own jar of kimchi to take home and continue fermenting!
